The Darkroom offers hourly darkroom rentals in our community darkroom. Clients are required to bring their own paper. Ilford chemistry is supplied and mixed for your printing session for a set-up fee of $20 for large trays and $15 for small trays. The facility is equipped with all items needed for printing.
Our community darkroom includes six enlarger stations, which will accommodate negative format sizes of 35mm, 6×6, 6×9 and 4×5. Our sink capacity allows for printing with paper up to 16″x20″. Archival washers and drying racks are supplied as well as a print press station.
Hourly darkroom rental is available by appointment. Clients may book sessions a minimum of one day in advance by calling The Darkroom at 505-820-7777. Sessions are available in three to five hour blocks.
The Darkroom rental rates are $16.00 hourly plus tray set-up fee. There is a three hour minimum for booking sessions and a cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to the beginning of a scheduled session.
